Hello and welcome! Haven Counseling was formed from the belief that everyone needs a place of refuge to safely address life's difficulties and concerns. I often work with clients that feel overwhelmed and are struggling with the long-term impact of trauma. I counsel from a gentle, honest, and practical perspective. Using an integrative approach of evidenced-based therapies, I utilize person-centered, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based modalites in our sessions.  Together, we'll use your unique abilities and strengths to build insight and promote growth and healing.

I offer individual telehealth counseling services for clients age 18+ located in Indiana and Tennessee. Although I am in network with the following insurance providers, you should always confirm with your individual policy to determine your benefits.
