Sarah Stinson, MA, LPC-MHSP (TN) LMHC (IN)
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite themselves. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, sadness, grief, relationship challenges, past trauma, or a big life change, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and sort through what’s going on—with no judgment or pressure.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique story. I believe that healing happens in a safe relationship, and that you already have strength and wisdom inside you—we’ll work together to uncover and build on that.
In our sessions, I’ll draw from person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy. That means we’ll explore what matters most to you, what’s holding you back, and how you want to move forward. I’ll walk beside you as you reflect, grow, and begin to write the next chapter of your life.
I have experience in trauma-focused therapy, using person-centered and evidence-based approaches to help adults safely process their experiences, build resilience, and move toward lasting healing.
