Sarah Stinson, MA
I became a counselor after discovering how impactful and life-changing therapy can be in my own life. I recognize that addressing trauma can enable growth, understanding of self, and allow true recovery. I believe using your inherent traits and strengths in counseling can improve self-esteem, build confidence, and live life fully.
While not in the office, you'll most likely find me outside - exploring ATV trails, hiking, and spending time with my family and dogs.
If you're considering therapy, or just have questions, you're welcome to reach out for a brief consult to get a better idea of what sessions might look like.Â
